4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. Ha77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, subject to availability: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and major credit and debit cards. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on ha77 is ₱200 (Philippine Pesos). Minimum withdrawal amounts and applicable processing fees, if any, are disclosed in the ha77 account settings and payment information section.
4.3 Currency. All transactions on the ha77 platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Ha77 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your payment provider.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Ha77 processes withdrawal requests on a same-day basis for GCash and PayMaya during standard operating hours, subject to identity verification status and applicable limits. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
4.5 Identity Verification for Withdrawals. Ha77 reserves the right to require full KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for amounts exceeding ₱50,000. Required documentation may include a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
4.6 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other offers made available by ha77 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. 8.2 Limited Licence. Ha77 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ha77 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

9.2 Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ha77's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ha77 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 Exclusion of Consequential Losses. Ha77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the ha77 platform.
10.1 Ha77's Rights. Ha77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where: (a) a player breaches any provision of these Terms; (b) ha77 suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) a player's account is found to be in violation of applicable law or regulation; or (d) ha77 is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.
10.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your right to access the ha77 platform ceases immediately. Any available real-money balance (net of any applicable deductions for bonus clawback or regulatory obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to identity verification requirements.
10.3 Player-Initiated Closure. You may close your ha77 account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

12.3 Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation, the English version shall prevail.
